Cabin Memories 2012

We’ve been so lucky this summer to be able to spend a lot of time at the cabin. I was looking over these cabin posts from last summer and it is amazing how much difference a year can make!

Fish Out of Water

Wynn has had a blast at the cabin this year since he LOVES the water and LOVES being outside! These were Wynn’s top ten things to do at the cabin this summer:

1) Spending time in the water, swimming and throwing rocks

2) Practicing jumping on the side of the dock

3) Taking boat rides and naps on the new pontoon, Captain Corbin

4) Catching frogs and giggling when they jump!

5) Rolling his baseball down the big hill and running down the hill to chase after it

6) Throwing his baseball in the wooded area so he can go search for it

7) Hanging out in the garage with the guys doing manly things

8) Having a large deck and the ramp as the perfect rolling surface for his toys

9) All the yummy food and grandparents who always have treats for him after dinner!

10) Spending so much time with family and all the undivided attention everyone gives him!         

The basement of the cabin has started to undergo a big remodel to be completed this fall! We can’t wait to have more living and sleeping space for everyone next summer!
