This week Wynn introduced us to a new equation:
growth spurt (i.e. hungry all the time) + gassy belly = cranky baby!
We had a few days of a cranky baby who was hungry all the time with an upset tummy due to gas. He did not want to take naps these days either, so we were all pretty tired! The good news is that it only lasted 3 days and we have our happy little boy back. In fact, he is probably now even more content and sleeping even better than before his growth spurt!
He is continuing to be so much aware of his surroundings and reacting to things. He works hard on lifting his head up and loves to look around. He is getting to be more comfortable in his own skin and really doesn't mind being naked or getting his diaper changed anymore. He has started giving us some smiles that of course completely melt our hearts!
