We had a very nice Easter weekend this year! It has been fun
to see Wynn become more involved with holiday activities as he’s grown up. He
definitely enjoyed Easter so much more this year than last!
We started the weekend with dyeing Easter eggs. Wynn had a
blast moving the eggs from one color to the next to create some custom
masterpieces. The only thing we’ll have to work on is his gentleness with the
eggs! He definitely dropped some eggs in the dye that resulted in a crack or
two. The whole process definitely made an impression on him. We still read his
Curious George Easter book from time to time and he always asks about where his
eggs went!
On Easter Sunday we had a small egg hunt for Wynn in our
house. He thought it was so fun to run around spotting the Easter eggs and
putting them in his soon overflowing basket! It came as no surprise that he
really only cared about the eggs that had jelly beans in them. The ones with
stickers did come in a close second though. He had so much fun that we had a
few more egg hunts the week after Easter as long as the plastic eggs were still
out! Easter in our house wouldn't be complete without a bow tie too. We love our dapper little guy!

Ahhh so cute! I just LOVE Easter:) Love Katie
